Virtual Communities

The TCEEA has developed a partnership with Virtual Communities to offer discount computer and internet packages to members and their families.

The Virtual Communities offers include a choice of computer hardware, software, accessories like printers and CD burners, and Internet access. The packages are delivered to members homes with installation also arranged. Virtual Communities also supports members with 30 days free access to a technical help desk.

In just two years Virtual Communities have sold over 50,000 PC and internet packages, the vast majority to union members. The PC/internet packages offer union members:

  • Advice on which package is right for individual members
  • Free delivery and installation at a convenient time
  • 30 days free support through a telephone Help team
  • 3 years Internet access.
